Please be aware that delivery can take up to two weeks (10 business days) from the date of the event, or date that payment is received if it has already happened. Downloadable copies are also processed manually, so can take 3-5 business days.

All copies will be as-is versions of the video stream. If the stream was done using our Stream A Funeral Yourself service then Funeral Streaming are not responsible for the quality of the video.

We are only able to ship physical items (USB/DVD) within the UK.
