At a very difficult time, Ben and team were very professional and worked through the weekend to ensure everything went smoothly for the event. The set-up with the software provided was very straight forward given the instructions. Given the infrastructure that is used, the streaming worked perfectly with no issues whatsoever. Another great feature was that the time of the event was displayed in local time for international viewers. I did look into other ‘free’ options but there was always a time limit (Zoom) or limit on the number of viewers. The paid versions were also expensive and required detailed technical expertise. In Summary – highly recommended for a professional hassle free service and at a bargain price.

With Covid restrictions severely limiting the number of people that could attend the service in person, being able to have so many of her family including a very large number from overseas, colleagues and friends still participate via the streaming was invaluable. Just wanted to say a huge thank you to all at Funeral Streaming for the helpful, tactful, effective and efficient service they offered for my mother in law’s funeral this week. The stream it yourself service was very easy to use with just an iPad, tripod and a 4G connection. The quality was very good, along with strong and clear advice from the team. The end result was that a mixture of Covid restrictions and travel distances did not prevent friends and family from all over the country and internationally from paying their respects.
