Very happy with the services provided here. The communications about what they offer were clear, prompt and concise at what was a difficult time for the family. The camera operator on the day was extremely discreet, and did not interfere with the Church service. It was clear that they had done this many times before. The stream worked really well, and they put all of the photos up before the stream started which was a nice touch. The image quality and sound on the stream were all good. The service from these guys was outstanding! The setup was easy, and all you have to do is press record on your mobile. I used a wireless mic set-up, which really improved the quality of the sound, I think. My family, who watched from different parts of the world, really enjoyed it. Booked Funeral Streaming so that relatives in Australia could watch my grandma’s funeral. Prior to getting in touch with Ryan, I was a little anxious about this, as I was concerned that I would need to be involved with helping on the day of the funeral.
