Excellent prompt service via email from the outset. A date was provisionally reserved for the live streaming of my mother’s church funeral service. Once I was able to confirm the time and date details, I completed the online form and everything progressed smoothly from then.
The finalised Order of Service from the funeral directors, and photos of my mother (provided by myself) were swiftly uploaded for viewing. The streaming link was easily accessible.
I had doubts as had been informed by the vicar that the church WiFi connection wasn’t strong, but on the day no problems were encountered as prior testing had been carried out.
I was able to request editing the stream afterwards as too much prior and post the service had been filmed. This was done without further cost implications.
My sisters and I now have a downloaded copy to retain and watch again in the future.
A great value, well operated, professional streaming service was provided, which I certainly couldn’t fault. I would recommend funeral streaming to anyone in the future.
