I am so pleased that we decided to livestream my Dad’s Celebration of Life on what would have been his 92nd birthday. As he had a number of elderly friends and relatives, who could not travel up to Northumberland, they were all able to feel part of our day thanks to Ryan and Funeral Streaming who set up an easy to access link that I could send out a few weeks before the ceremony. From my first contact with Ryan through to meeting Adam on the day, they were so professional and sensitive to our needs throughout. Nothing was either too much for them or too difficult. Whatever we required, they were able to accommodate from including a large PowerPoint slide show of my mom at the start to ensuring overseas video presentations were included. Communications with Funeral Streaming were always clear, informative and timely to ensure everything went well. At the church, you would not even know anyone was there filming the occasion. I contacted Funeral Streaming for my sister’s funeral as she had recently had to move down from Scotland, and there were a lot of people who wanted to watch it as they were unable to attend. They always replied quickly to me and let me know exactly how it would work on the day. Any questions I asked I received full explanations, and they made the process really easy. Just let them know the time and date and they will make it all happen for you. The actual screening is top quality and really worth it. Funeral Streaming covered the funeral service and committal for my mother, opting for the enhanced video version. For anyone considering this option for a loved one’s funeral, I can unequivocally recommend these guys for the task. The whole process was seamless and stress-free. Communication with the operations manager was prompt, courteous and empathetic. Stephen, the videographer, was utterly professional. He arrived early, and after a discussion of my requirements, he was completely discrete and was barely noticed. the fully edited version of the final product was ready to download in ten days.
