They promptly replied and were very informative from start to finish about the whole process. They provided a link well in advance to send out and personalised the link page by including my mums photo along with the order of service. Their cameraman set up on the day and recordedlive streamed perfectly, capturing the service in high-quality definition and sound. Funeral Streaming provided a wonderful service live-streaming my father’s funeral service to those elderly folk (+ a new mother) who were not able to travel to it. Their attention to detail and communication before and after the service was all excellent.

The church where Mum’s funeral was held didn’t have live streaming, which initially I was disappointed about. However, in retrospect, this was a blessing, because it meant we had to hire Andrew to live stream Mum’s funeral. I’ve never seen such high-quality impromptu filming before – I watched it back afterwards and it was beyond expectations. We asked the filming to be discreet in the church, and it really was like Andrew wasn’t there at all, and yet he still managed to capture all the important aspects of Mum’s funeral and the sound quality was also exceptional. I am so pleased that we decided to livestream my Dad’s Celebration of Life on what would have been his 92nd birthday. As he had a number of elderly friends and relatives, who could not travel up to Northumberland, they were all able to feel part of our day thanks to Ryan and Funeral Streaming who set up an easy to access link that I could send out a few weeks before the ceremony. Whatever we required, they were able to accommodate from including a large PowerPoint slide show of my mom at the start to ensuring overseas video presentations were included. I contacted Funeral Streaming for my sister’s funeral as she had recently had to move down from Scotland, and there were a lot of people who wanted to watch it as they were unable to attend. They always replied quickly to me and let me know exactly how it would work on the day. Any questions I asked I received full explanations, and they made the process really easy. Just let them know the time and date and they will make it all happen for you. The actual screening is top quality and really worth it.
