Booked Funeral Streaming so that relatives in Australia could watch my grandmas funeral. Prior to getting in touch with Ryan I was a little anxious about this, as I was concerned that I would need to be involved with helping on the day of the funeral. Dear Ben and team I just wanted to say thank for doing the livestream for our mother’s memorial on 1st March at Lauderdale House. I have just been watching the downloaded video, and the picture and sound are really great quality, and the way you zoom in and out as needed. It’s great to have a lasting record of the service, and the people watching live had an experience as close to being there as they could have wished.

Our funeral director’s put us in touch with Funeral Streaming & we’re so glad they did. They made everything so easy, just one email introducing themselves and providing us with the live link for the day. On the day we completely forgot they were there, but we’re so glad they were, as watching our Dad’s service later, we saw when he came into the church which we would’ve missed as we were already sat down. I have experienced just one other funeral live-streaming, and I must say that the end result of this one was streets ahead of that one, which I believe was a DIY effort. For the cost involved, I would very much recomend this company rather than trying to do it yourself. We received excellent value for money; apart from the time getting everything arranged, Ben was with us for two hours before the start and another hour after packing up, so a good four plus hours on-site for £500! The kit they had was the best quality, with multiple failovers, which, of course, is vital! All our dealings before the day with Ryan were great, nothing was too much trouble and he was always very kind and respectful.
