Just a quick note to send my sincere thanks for your help in providing a recording of my Mum’s funeral service yesterday. I appreciate we may not have been the easiest family to work with, particularly in our efforts to ensure the recording was as discreet as possible. However, the recording was very clear and respectful of all those attending, and was very gratefully received when we took it to show Mum’s grandson in hospital last night. Booked Funeral Streaming so that relatives in Australia could watch my grandmas funeral. Prior to getting in touch with Ryan I was a little anxious about this, as I was concerned that I would need to be involved with helping on the day of the funeral. I have just been watching the downloaded video, and the picture and sound are really great quality, and the way you zoom in and out as needed.
