Thank you so much Ben, Matt and Ryan and all involved in streaming and recording the funeral service for and interment of my late father in Matlock, Derbyshire on 9 December and for all your support with the Memorial Page before and after.
We were unable to travel from Australia for the funeral due to the current border closure and travel restrictions. Without this wonderful service you provided, we would have been unable to witness our father’s funeral and be present to lay him to rest. Whilst it was not the same as being there in person, it was a great comfort to be able to see and hear the service and loved ones able to attend on the day.
It also allowed family and friends closer to home who were unable to travel or attend because of health issues or concerns and restricted numbers to view Dad’s funeral.
