After the recent death of my mother in Norfolk I was very upset that, as I live in Scotland and with the current restrictions, I would not be able to attend her funeral. I was relieved after an internet search to discover that Funeral Streaming were offering a service which would enable me to attend virtually.
An initial inquiry was responded to swiftly and Ryan was very helpful answering questions and working with me to ensure that Mum’s funeral could be streamed safely and sensitively.
The filming was very professional and carried out with sensitivity to those attending in the church. Ed, ensured that everything was captured perfectly.
The web page to host Mum’s funeral was very clear and easy to use: hosting photos, the live steam, the order of service and a link to our chosen charity.
The link to the page was circulated to many family and friends, and the Crown Rest Home that had cared for Mum, so they could also attend.
Everyone has commented on how pleased they were to be able to say farewell virtually and what a good service you had provided.
