Please can you pass on my thanks to Ed for doing a superb job of recording my dad’s funeral service. I’ve watched the service back and its fantastic quality – the feedback from all those who attended online was that they “felt like they were in the church with us”. I never managed to personally thank Ed – please can you let him know he captured the service beautifully and that it far exceeded my expectations!!
Further, I would also like to thank you Ryan, for helping to arrange the booking at such short notice, and for all your work behind the scenes. I know these things just don’t happen – I felt a huge weight had been lifted when you shared the viewing link and uploaded the photos so swiftly. You acted quickly and efficiently by responding to all my requests, which gave me confidence in you (and the company) for such an important occasion for me and my family.
You both have provided a high quality professional service for which I am truly grateful. I will of course not hesitate to recommend your services, should anyone I know require live-streaming services.
