Many thanks for the exceptional service you provided in streaming the funeral of my sister. With Covid restrictions severely limiting the number of people that could attend the service in person, being able to have so many of her family including a very large number from overseas, colleagues and friends still participate via the streaming was invaluable. Your guidance on technical preparations, overall flexibility and very prompt responsiveness to my questions and requests was quite simply first rate.
