I was very happy with the service provided by Funeral streaming, the pre-streaming holding page is excellent giving you the ability to show a mini slide show and upload the order of service. the private link gives your guests direct and immediate access with no having to navigate through other link. Stephen the videographer on the day was very professional and accommodating to our wishes. Although there was a slight streaming issue on the day it was dealt with quickly. However the real star for me in the service provided was Ryan, he was always extremely helpful and very responsive to my requests and questions and his sense of customer service is a real value to the organisation. I have since using the service recommended FS to another relative who has now booked to use the service.
