I took a chance on this company to live stream my mum’s funeral service and they did a wonderful job. I reached out to Ben via email and responses were quick and I felt comfortable with their services. Stephen was very professional and got on with filming no interaction was needed. The price was good compared to other companies out there. I can say the filming was great everyone saw the service clearly and heard the speeches well. I contacted funeralstreaming.co.uk to enquire about live streaming my mum’s funeral for those who couldn’t make it to the service. They promptly replied and were very informative from start to finish about the whole process. They provided a link well in advance to send out and personalised the link page by including my mums photo along with the order of service. Their cameraman set up on the day and recordedlive streamed perfectly, capturing the service in high-quality definition and sound. Funeral Streaming provided a wonderful service live-streaming my father’s funeral service to those elderly folk (+ a new mother) who were not able to travel to it. Their attention to detail and communication before and after the service was all excellent.

The church where Mum’s funeral was held didn’t have live streaming, which initially I was disappointed about. However, in retrospect, this was a blessing, because it meant we had to hire Andrew to live stream Mum’s funeral. I’ve never seen such high-quality impromptu filming before – I watched it back afterwards and it was beyond expectations. We asked the filming to be discreet in the church, and it really was like Andrew wasn’t there at all, and yet he still managed to capture all the important aspects of Mum’s funeral and the sound quality was also exceptional. When I watched it back afterwards, I was able to see things I hadn’t been able to see on the day due to where I was sitting. We also asked Andrew to film the committal and this meant a lot to family and friends who couldn’t be there on the day. When one
