From my Initial phone conversation with Ryan, he immediately emailed me all the information and confirmed availability. The QR code and URL for the live stream were available all ready for printing. He confirmed Stephen would be our camera man for the service he and worked with the Parish Priest. The live stream on the day was watched world wide with no buffering and of exceptional quality and coverage. Also being able to access and download the video is great. I would like to thank you so much for all your help with the live streaming of mum’s funeral service. I initially contacted you whilst I was in New Zealand. You really did make it so easy for me to arrange and completely took charge of this part of the service at an extremely difficult time for my family and myself. I have downloaded the video. As yet I have not seen it all the way through. I would say that what I have seen is of the highest quality of sound and a very clear visual recording. The feedback from friends and relatives as far as Australia, New Zealand and Canada has all been amazing. I will certainly recommend you and will contact you when the time is for my dad’s service.

Dear Ben and Ryan, After a few days away with my family I am now picking up the pieces of “Life After Jenny” The day itself was a complete blur, but I have now had a chance to view the Recording and I am very pleased to see that it lived up to our expectations. The efficient way you dealt with the initial input, the unobtrusive set up on the day and the controlled recording all led to a very professional Streaming which was much appreciated by our overseas family. I used Funeral Streaming so that family and friends who weren’t able to attend Alan’s funeral could be part of the service and the burial afterwards. The communication was excellent and everything was thought of so I didn’t have to worry as I knew they had it all under control. This made my day so much easier as it was something I didn’t have to deal with. Extremely discreet in the church and also at the graveyard. I thought the quality of the video was great and I can download it and it’s a keepsake forever. I would definitely recommend Ben and Ryan at Funeral Steaming. The streaming service was especially appreciated, as it allowed those who couldn’t attend in person to still feel part of the day and say their goodbyes in their own way. We couldn’t have asked for anything better for the livestream.  It was so sensitively done, and without worry.  It has also been nice as a family to watch it again in our own time.

Just wanted to say what an amazing job you and your company did yesterday.  I didn’t even have the chance to speak to Adam.  But on playing back the service, it looked perfectly executed.  I noticed from the video he even asked the vicar to remove some of the poles that were obscuring the line of sight to the lectern; good shout!
