I would like to place on record my grateful thanks for the excellent stream of my sister’s funeral in Botley last week. Even 10,000 miles away here in Queensland, Australia, the picture and audio were perfect. And the way the service was followed by your cameraman was also most pleasing. It enabled me to be there in the church where both my sister and I were Christened and Married many years ago, and to be present when 97 year old ‘Berta was laid to rest. It was a very moving experience for me made possible by your organisation.

I wasn’t sure what to expect but it was something we had been asked to do and Adam Collier, the funeral director, was very helpful in arranging it with yourselves. It was very unobtrusive and has given us a lovely record of the service. Luke was so nice and helpful. Everyone who watched the service live and also since then has been very complimentary. It is so clear both in sound and picture. Thank you to all involved.

I wanted to say a big thank you for your excellent streaming.  The service was lovely to watch. The gentleman (I think his name is Victor) was so gracious – he didn’t intrude at all and you could easily forget the camera was there. I had a very positive experience with every member of the Funeral Streaming team encountered. Ben, Ryan and Stephen together provide a great service. From initial enquiry to negotiating my way through requirements to produce a streaming package I would feel happy with was made easy with Ben & Ryan’s help. Both very approachable and responsive. On the day Stephen who recorded the service was courteous, very discreet and his set up was unobtrusive. Altogether an easy to access, professional streaming service. The live stream recording is clear, good sound quality and well done. Thank you all for taking care of something really important to my family. Well done guys. We were very pleased with the video. Since the funeral we have thought of quite a few more people who would like to view it so it’s good to have it still available for a while. I also watched it myself to get a different view from what I had at the time and to listen to the music played before the service. We shall certainly recommend you to anyone asking for such a service in the future.

I just wanted to pass on the expressed gratitude from the family and I. The process was rather seamless. Even with my delayed responses, you’ve all been very patient. I’m very grateful. I want to thank your staff and all who were involved whether on the day or in the background for everything that was done to help achieve the objective of those who were unable to attend, see my mother’s funeral. The Vicar also wanted to extend his thanks to the professionalism of the gentleman behind the camera who introduced himself, and conversed with him about what was needed in order for all to go well on the day. My brother also said that during the day people from overseas were texting saying that the picture quality was excellent compared to other Live Streams they had seen.

When my wife passed away, I really wanted her many family members and friends in the US to be able to take part in her funeral Mass, albeit virtually. Funeral Streaming fitted the bill and from start to finish did a wonderful job. The price was fair, they kept me informed at every step, and the website they set up was great (adding pictures, the order of service and letting viewers add comments). You could view the service either on their site but also on YouTube. Their equipment was very professional and the picture and sound quality was first class. The video remains available for 12 months and I received a downloadable copy within days of the service. I would highly recommend using their service to anyone wishing to include friends and relatives who are unable to attend in person for any important event.

Funeral streaming were brilliant from start to finish. They were professional, responsive, friendly and flexible and provided a service that I’d be happy to recommend. They listened to all our requests and were very helpful at all stages of the process. They produced a wonderful film and slideshow that we will treasure for a long time. They provided lots of support and links quickly both before and after the event and explained how everything would work so we could share this with all the guests who would be watching remotely. Stephen is a great cameraman who did his job professionally without the camera being intrusive or affecting the event. So happy with everything the team did.
