Excellent prompt service via email from the outset. A date was provisionally reserved for the live streaming of my mother’s church funeral service. Once I was able to confirm the time and date details, I completed the online form and everything progressed smoothly from then. The finalised Order of Service from the funeral directors, and photos of my mother (provided by myself) were swiftly uploaded for viewing. The streaming link was easily accessible. I had doubts as had been informed by the vicar that the church WiFi connection wasn’t strong, but on the day no problems were encountered as prior testing had been carried out. I was able to request editing the stream afterwards as too much prior and post the service had been filmed. This was done without further cost implications. My sisters and I now have a downloaded copy to retain and watch again in the future. A

We booked a livestream for my father’s funeral as many of our elderly relatives live abroad. From initial contact with Ryan, we were fully advised of the services the company provided and encouraged to ask questions to ensure it was personalised and precisely what we wanted for Dad. I am so glad that I used Funeral Streaming. Andrew was very discreet in setting up and filming, and it was so important to us that members of the family elsewhere in the world and those too infirm to travel were able to share the commemoration service.

While we knew Victor was there, he was unobtrusive, discreet and no one felt intimidated. I watched the livestream for the first time this morning and he captured my Dad’s service beautifully. From my Initial phone conversation with Ryan, he immediately emailed me all the information and confirmed availability. The QR code and URL for the live stream were available all ready for printing. He confirmed Stephen would be our camera man for the service he and worked with the Parish Priest. The live stream on the day was watched world wide with no buffering and of exceptional quality and coverage. Also being able to access and download the video is great.
