On behalf of our family, I just wanted to say a genuine thank you for your care and overall service in organising the live-streaming of my mum’s funeral in Nantwich on 1st April. We were so impressed by – and grateful for – your sensitivity, discretion and professionalism. To be honest, we hadn’t really considered having a livestream until some friends asked whether we were providing one – and we weren’t entirely sure how we felt about it beforehand – but we’ve received so many grateful messages from family and friends who were pleased to have been able to attend remotely.
