The Funeral Streaming service was excellent. Due to the last minute need, we opted for self-streaming option. They provided clear instructions, responsive and sympathetic customer service, and everything we could need for such an important day. The only issue was that we didn’t have our own microphones or enough time to test – but this was on our end. However, we filmed on our phone and the room was fairly small, so the eulogies were audible to a degree.
I would whole-heartedly recommend this service – and have recommended to our funeral director too. They were impressed with the ease of set up.
