As a funeral director who has worked with other streaming providers I can honestly say that Ben & team are the best in the business. The quality of the audio and video is always at an extremely high level, even for large numbers of people watching overseas, they are always punctual, well presented, and film sensitively and unobtrusively. On the communication side they are so easy to work with. Nothing is too much trouble, replies are quick, and technical support is readily available for the stream it yourself service. It’s a great and rare thing to be able to trust a company 100%, so I’m very grateful to the Funeral Streaming team for being consistently brilliant at your jobs. Should I need in the future, they would be the first place I would go for my own family’s funeral, and I will continue recommending the excellent service they provide to anyone I work with.
