I don’t normally leave reviews, but in this case it’s very well deserved. Ben and Ryan provided a very professional service, communication was excellent from pre-booking through to the day itself. With their equipment Ben managed to achieve a reliable live HD stream in a rural area with a poor signal and moved fluidly from the church to the cemetery. Ben was dressed smartly and you barely knew he was there. He fitted in with the funeral director and Reverend seamlessly, requiring no direction from ourselves, even had a mobile mic for the Reverend when we were outside. The hosting site worked well and saved us having to think about where to host it so it was both easy to access but still private (we chose the password option).
Overall, couldn’t recommend this company enough, it all worked flawlessly enabling many people to participate who otherwise would not have been able to and required no effort beyond making the booking from ourselves.
