I have experienced just one other funeral live-streaming, and I must say that the end result of this one was streets ahead of that one, which I believe was a DIY effort.
For the cost involved, I would very much recomend this company rather than trying to do it yourself. We received excellent value for money; apart from the time getting everything arranged, Ben was with us for two hours before the start and another hour after packing up, so a good four plus hours on-site for £500!
The kit they had was the best quality, with multiple failovers, which, of course, is vital!
All our dealings before the day with Ryan were great, nothing was too much trouble and he was always very kind and respectful.
Ben was absolutely brilliant on the day, he set up and conducted the whole thing very much in the background without needing any input from us, which was great as we had a lot going on at the time!!!
I genuinely cannot recommend this company, specifically Ryan and Ben, enough. They made a very difficult time bearable.
