I contacted Ben and Ryan last week, looking for someone to film and livestream my brother’s funeral at very short (2 days’) notice. They responded almost immediately, and the whole whole process, from initial contact to final outcome, was efficient, respectful, sensitive and professional. Ethan, the videographer arrived early and captured the funeral beautifully, allowing many friends and family across the world to be part of the service. The practicalities, from setting up the website and making subsequent amendments to prompt invoicing were all done extremely professionally, and made a difficult time less stressful.
