Between them, Ben and Stephen did a first class job and made a testing and challenging day easier. Ben’s customer care and communication were first class – nothing was too much trouble, and my incessant emails were answered speedily. Ben’s colleague Stephen did the filming for us; he was unobtrusive and unfailingly helpful and courteous both at the service and the burial site. The quality of the filming was great, with Stephen handling the difficult moments with sensitivity. I would use them again, though as I said to Ben, hopefully not in the near future!
