David was a kind,caring man who leaves so many good memories for us to cherish.
A life fulfilled and well lived. We will miss you
Thank you David for all your support to me when we were both at Westminster Press. And thank you for those enjoyable lunches you organised for colleagues after we’d retired. I shall never forget.
