Mae’r gwasanaeth coffa hwn wedi cael ei ddarparu gan dîm gwych Gwasanaethau Profedigaeth Caerdydd gyda chôr Ysgol Gerdd Morgannwg yn canu
This memorial Service has been provided by the wonderful team at Cardiff Bereavement Services with singing by the choir of the Glamorgan Music School.

On the anniversary of the night that stuey and fraser passed and frasers organ donation I will light candles for them , their love of life and their gift of life
I would like to remember my Nanna Joyce who we sadly lost to Pancreatic Cancer ten years ago, and also my other nan Evelyn, my last remaining grandparent, who we sadly lost in April this year. Both reunited with my grandads.
Remembering my wonderful parents and my beautiful sister in law. All taken far to soon.
